A Merry Christmas to You All!
Christmas for me is always spent in Manila while New Year’s Eve, recently, has been celebrated in Baguio. Thus I will be heading down in a few hours to celebrate the noche buena with my family.
I wish to take this occasion to wish all of you a Happy, Happy Christmas filled with family and memories, with gifts of love, and a Christmas table brimming with goodies. I thank you also for all the togetherness this little blog family has enjoyed on my first year of blogging about Baguio. Your comments have warmed my heart for a whole year and this is the best gift any blogger can ever hope to receive.
For those of you visiting Baguio, thanks for spending the holidays here, keep warm, enjoy the bonfires, buy some sausages and marshmallows to roast, check out the EPZA-Loakan Bazaar and take lots of photos before the fireplace. Have yourselves a chilly green Christmas and we hope you visit us again in February for the Panagbenga.
See you in a few days’ time!

Have a Merry Christmas to you and your family too Lisa!
Merry Christmas too Lisa and to your family and to everyone here!
keep up the good work lisa
am an original from bagyo…born at burnham park..where dra asena abando had her clinic. i have been away from almost 35 years.
suggestion…load your blog with pixes..not too pleasant to see because of the squatter shacks.
we used to call carabao mountain… our playground.
no national parks yet near baguio? no land is holy to the politicians.

Hi Lisa. A merry christmas to you and to all the staff of Atenara House. Cel and I stayed with you last November and we even met Ella. By the way I’m trying out the blogging thing, thanks for the tips, wish me luck!
Baguio made a lasting impression on me, thanks to people like you who love and make Baguio a better place. Happy holidays!:D
Hi Lisa– i accidentally found the gobaguio website and this blog because some friends and I are going to Baguio this weekend.
I must say that it’s very well written with useful and straight to the point information. The design is uncluttered, has a focus on content and minimal, unobtrusive ads. Well done! I added the blog’s feed to the food and travel section of http://whatsikat.com .
Happy new year and congratulations on a very useful site!
A Happy New Year to all, especially Tina, Resty, Nicholas, Ross and P!
Nicholas, Carabao mountain is an unsightly sight! I believe its what the locals call Quirino Hill these days. Of course in true Baguio style, there’s further segregation into Upper, Middle and Lower Quirino Hill. O, di ba?
Welcome Ross, and Hi to Cel. Enjoy Blogging! Will try to visit you as much as I can!
Thanks P, Glad you like ‘em. Happy to oblige!
