Bulletin Board: A Free Service

Both Baguio Insider and Go Baguio! Your Complete Guide to Baguio City Philippines receive comments and requests onsite, as well as requests and comments offsite via emails (and telephone calls even). I try to answer these request in my limited capacity but have found that there are some requests that have to pass on to the general public.
I have therefore decided to add a service on this site, represented by the Bulletin Board category, where I will publish certain business or personal requests of site visitors that any other reader, site visitor or Baguio resident may wish to supply.
This is being done with the intention of patching up suppliers of services or information (those who respond to requests for a “Wanted: English Tutor for Two Weeks” post or to a “Looking For: My old classmate in Girls High Whose Maiden Name is…”) to the persons who request the same. And maybe you guys can even make money out of these.
PRIVACY OF THE REQUESTING PARTY: For the privacy of the requesting party, I will not publish his email or contact information, only his name and message. I will also respond to the initial email by saying that I will post the same in this category.
PRIVACY OF THE COMMENTER: I will forward email addresses gathered from the comments section to the requesting party via email so he or she can contact you. By responding via the comment section in the Bulletin Board category, each commenter is automatically, expressly giving his consent to his email address being forwarded to the party requesting information or services. On comments other than those in this category the rules in the Baguio Insider Privacy Policy apply.
FREE SERVICE: I am doing this to be able to patch buyer and vendor up, hoping to drive new business to the Baguio residents. Neither Baguio Insider, nor Go Baguio! nor its owner or webmaster receive any compensation for this free service (unless you fell like buying me coffee), which by the way is pretty time consuming, but “what the hey?! we who live in Baguio have a lot of free time”
ONE REQUEST, ONE POST: To avoid confusion of any sort, even if I receive multiple requests from different people on the same day, I will post the requests separately by requesting party.
DISCLAIMER: Nothing in these terms should be construed as mandatory on the part of the webmaster or site owner/s to cause the publication of the requests in a timely manner. It is in the sole discretion of the webmaster or publisher whether or not a request gets published.
Dedications
DEDICATION 1: This service is dedicated to JoDerek Bautista, a very good friend of mine, who celebrates his “28th” (it’s always his 28th) Birthday today. Derek is one of the most helpful and generous Baguio boys whom I know. He’s a pretty cool dude, too!
DEDICATION 2: This service is dedicated to the memory of the late Atty. Benjamin “Benjie” Buena, who until his passed away a few years ago on this same day, served as a judge in the Baguio Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 2, and whose company we sorely miss.
DEDICATION 3: This service is dedicated to one of my best friends, another generous soul, and the Queen of Filipino Bloggers, Connie Veneracion (Pinoy Cook), who celebrates her birthday today.
Having gotten all these sentimental matters out of the way, let me now proceed to the publication of the requests I received in the past few days.
